Cancellation and change in order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you decide to cancel, please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee. To cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected].

Our insurance is good for a week. After 7 days, the company can’t accept returns or exchanges so we hope you understand. Your product should always be returned in exactly the same shape as you got it and remain in its original packaging to be considered for a refund.

It obviously has to be in its complete condition. A number of products cannot be exchanged. We are unable to accept returns on consumable items. We also can’t take anything that may be considered a health risk, like condoms or tampons, or anything that could catch fire, like lighter fluid or gasoline.

Since all of our goods are custom-made per request, we cannot return or provide exchanges in the event of a mistake in sizing, pattern, color, etc. on the part of the customer.

Our goods are made to order and only produced when there is a desire for them in the marketplace, therefore they may not constantly be readily accessible. Not only that, but the color of an object in a picture or on a computer may not be an exact match to the real thing. Consequently, please understand that there will be a 20% variation between the described product and the one you get.

Refunding of discounted items
