Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes or cancel an order. You can request modifications (such as size, address, or product changes) or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
If you need to return an item, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and images of the product.
Refund Process
We offer refunds for the following reasons:
✔ Wrong or defective item received
✔ Significant printing issues
✔ Item received does not match the description
To request a refund, send us an email at [email protected] with photos of the issue. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Please note:
- In the Case of Return, the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 25-40 business days, contact us for assistance. In case of lost packages, we may offer a full refund or replacement.
Order Tracking Issues
- If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbours or your local post office.
- Tracking updates may take 2-3 days to reflect in the system when order is shipped. Please be patient.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us immediately. We will try our best to update the shipping details, but once the order is processed, we cannot make changes.
Custom Fees & Duties
Customs fees vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We label our shipments as low-value gifts to reduce the chance of additional fees, but we cannot guarantee exemption from customs charges.
